Mr. Ali Omran Salim Al Owais is the Chairman & CEO of Ali Omran Al Owais Group (AOG) and a prominent Emirati businessman whose entrepreneurial journey spans several decades and a diverse range of business sectors.
Since establishing the Group in 1988, Mr. Ali has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial vision and a steadfast commitment to building sustainable and commercially successful business ventures. Under his leadership, AOG has developed interests across a broad portfolio of sectors, including Dewatering services, Equipment Trading, Equipment Rental, Facility Management, Investment, Tours and Travels, Construction., and other strategic areas of business.
With extensive experience in developing and managing business enterprises, Mr. Ali has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, strategic leadership and long-term vision. His approach is founded on identifying opportunities, building trusted partnerships and creating sustainable value for clients, partners and stakeholders.
As Chairman, Mr. Ali continues to provide strategic direction to AOG, guiding the Group towards responsible expansion, innovation and sustainable growth. His leadership reflects a clear understanding of the evolving business environment and the importance of maintaining strong relationships with government institutions, international partners, investors and private-sector organisations.

MR. MOHAMMED HARUN
Mr. Mohammed Harun is a senior banking and finance professional with more than 46 years of extensive experience spanning banking, financial services, project finance, investment advisory, business development and project management.
He holds a Graduate Degree in Banking & Finance and has developed a distinguished career encompassing banking, financial management, investment, project development and strategic business advisory. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Harun has held a range of senior and advisory positions, including Banker, Manager, Director of Asia Exchange (UK) Ltd and Project Finance Consultant.
His extensive professional experience covers the structuring, evaluation, financing and management of diverse projects and business ventures across a number of sectors, including hospitality and leisure, property development, healthcare and hospitals, retail, financial services and other investment-led initiatives.
As a Board Director of Ali Omran Al Owais Group (AOG) and Investment Consultant, Mr. Harun contributes his financial, commercial and project-management expertise to the Group's strategic development. His role includes supporting investment strategy, project evaluation, financial structuring, business development, stakeholder engagement and the establishment of strategic partnerships.
Over more than four decades, Mr. Harun has developed extensive expertise in project finance, investment analysis, financial planning, risk assessment, commercial strategy and project implementation. His experience enables him to evaluate opportunities from both financial and strategic perspectives and to support the development of commercially viable projects from initial concept through to implementation.
Mr. Harun places strong emphasis on professional integrity, sound financial principles, strategic thinking, effective leadership and long-term relationship building. His approach is centred on creating sustainable value while maintaining transparency, accountability and mutual trust with clients, investors, partners and other stakeholders. At AOG, Mr. Harun works closely with the Board and senior management to support the Group's investment objectives, strategic partnerships and international business development initiatives. He brings a practical and commercially focused perspective to the identification, assessment and development of new business and investment opportunities.
